CALL TO ORDER:

ROLL CALL TO ESTABLISH QUORUM:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FROM PRIOR MEETING

The BOD previously approved the minutes from the April 16, 2009 meeting via email.

OLD BUSINESS:
➢ Discussion of the financial statement placement of the reserves by Mitch Welty. He states that he is pleased with how the financial statement is presented.

➢ A discussion was had about the cost of Bldg. Repairs and Maintenance.

➢ A second request was made for the diagram of each building and what roof repairs and shutter painting/repairs have been done. This request was made to Gasser Properties. Jim Ford has offered to come to Gasser Properties and look over the payable record to Darwin Hoskins.

➢ Discussion was held about parking issues.

➢ A second request was made to repair the light in the area of the circle by the Huffine Manor.

➢ New trees will be purchased as the budget allows.

➢ The blog signs are going to be put out soon!

NEW BUSINESS

➢ Mitch Welty read a list of maintenance needs.

➢ Annual meeting date is to be September 24, 2009 with more details to follow.

➢ The date for the Fall Garage Sale is Saturday, September 19th. Please see the right hand sidebar in our Blog for more details on obtaining a permit from the City of Franklin for your Garage Sale.
