OLD BUSINESS:

Ø The
Minutes of March 1, 2012 were approved via email by the BOD.
Ø The
Financial Report was reviewed. The HOA has $72,889.00 in assets. We have
borrowed $60,000, having been approved for $75.000. When all of our present projects are finished, the balance
will be $40,000.
Ø A
motion was made by Jim Ford to draw $8150.00 on the loan to pay for the sealing
and striping. The motion was
seconded and approved.
Ø Discussion
about delinquent HOA dues, court cases, etc.
Ø A
homeowner reported that Unit 649’s trash can stays out a week or more. Then they toss bottles, etc. into the
dumpster and they trash rolls into the common area. This creates a garbage
issue. The BOD asked Gasser Properties to send them a letter stating
that we will send them an invoice if the HOA has to clean up the garbage.
Ø A
homeowner reported that unit 636’s utility boxes have decorative bushes that
are dead. The BOD will request LSI
to remove the bush.
Ø A
homeowner reported that Unit 672 needs a certified letter sent to them to clear
away the trash behind their deck.
Ø Unit
655’s garage door and driveway has remaining issues from the painting company.

Arrow Pest Control has not inspected your unit for termites, please call
615-772-8247.
Ø ALL
RESIDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WATER THEIR NEW TREES ONCE A WEEK FROM JUNE THROUGH
SEPTEMBER TO SUPPORT THEIR GROWTH.

Ø ALL
RESIDENTS ARE ASKED TO CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR PETS. NO ONE ENJOYS STEPPING IN A
MESS.
Ø ALL
RESIDENTS ARE RESTRICTED FROM PARKING ON THE GRASS.
NEW BUSINESS:
Ø Gasser Properties will notify Unit 601’s
resident regarding his request of shrub removal.
Ø The
BOD appreciates everyone’s patience during our re-sealing and re-striping
project.
Ø Pressure
washing was recommended every 2 years.
~ Bob Schettler asked Emery Gasser to get 3 quotes from pressure washing
companies.
Ø Discussion
of replacing a portion of our privacy fence that is parallel to Mallory Lane.
The section from Unit 701 to Liberty Pike needs to be replaced. The question was raised: Can we run the
fence all the way to the Liberty Street sidewalk? A motion was made for Gasser Properties to acquire 3 quotes to
replace the above section of the fence. The motion was seconded and approved.
Ø The
question was asked: can we redraw from the loan after we have paid 3 years of
payments. This would be needed if we have another large project.
Ø Discussion
of misc. maintenance projects including that the shutters need to be attached
at Units 622, 662, 650 and 692.
Ø Discussion
of possibly sealing the driveways and sidewalks.
Ø The
Board anticipates the association dues to remain the same.
THE NEXT MEETING DATE AND LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED.
THE TENATIVE DATES ARE AUGUST 16 or AUGUST 30, 2012.
THIS MEETING WILL BE AN ANNUAL MEETING AND OWNERS ARE
ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND.
