CITY TREE LIGHTING CEREMONY ON DECEMBER 11TH
The Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony for the City of Franklin will be held on Thursday, December 11th at 6 PM at City Hall. The Blue Spruce was donated by the Frattalone family of the Redwing Woods subdivision. The chorus from Liberty Elementary School, under the direction of Mr. Bobby Vines, will provide the entertainment. Santa Claus is also scheduled to make an appearance.

TREE-CYCLING
Need a place to take your Christmas tree after the holidays? The City of Franklin Parks Department will have designated areas set up for dropping off that old tree at the following locations:
* Jim Warren Park – 705 Boyd Mill Ave
* Liberty Park – 1661 McEwen Road
* Fieldstone Park – 1377 Hillsboro Road
